ammendment 2011
The recent resolution by the cabinet to ammend the constitution after its one year anniversary is in my view a bad idea. This goes to the root of why we changed our independence constitution. the independence constitution was amended several times and thus rendered it worthless. it was amended 28 times between 1963-1965. One of the amendment was to help the mp Paul Ngei who was close to the Kenyatta regime not to lose his sit.i advise all like minded Kenyans to oppose this move which increases impunity. we should all give this constitution sanctity

ReplyDeleteI think we should not be in a hurry to change something we do not even know taking into consideration many people voted on a basis of what they heard and not what they know
